Promotion Rules


1. The “Enjoy Piebalga Beer!” promotion for the draught product Piebalgas alus, organized by AS Cēsu alus (Reg. No. 40003030721, registered address: Aldaru laukums 1, Cēsis, LV-4101), will take place throughout the Republic of Latvia from 1 August 2024 to 31 August 2024.



2. Any individual who is 18 years of age or older may participate in the promotion.



3. To take part in the promotion, a prospective participant must purchase a 0.5 L glass of draught Piebalga beer at any location listed in the PROMOTION VENUE LIST. For each beer purchased, the participant receives one stamp in a dedicated collector booklet. Stamps are available at every promotion venue. After collecting five stamps, the participant may buy one 0.5 L Piebalga beer at a special price of €0.10; this usage will be recorded in the collector booklet with an additional stamp.

4. Collector booklets with stamps whose appearance makes their origin uncertain may be considered invalid, and the prize will not be awarded.



5. AS Cēsu alus reserves the right to verify the authenticity of submitted collector booklets. Anyone who uses forged booklets to obtain a promotion prize may be held liable in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.



6. Promotion prizes cannot be exchanged for other prizes and will not be converted into a cash amount equivalent to their value.

8. Completed collector booklets can be exchanged for prizes from 1 August 2024 to 31 August 2024 upon presentation of an identity document at the locations listed in the PROMOTION VENUE LIST.
